Privacy Policy

• Your name and phone number (and email or Instagram handle if you provide them).
• Vehicle details: year, make, model, type, and color.
• Service details: the package and add-ons you choose, the service location or the distance zone for mobile service, your requested appointment time, and any notes or condition concerns you write.
• Your service address, only when you request mobile service, so we know where to come.
• Vehicle-condition photos you choose to upload (optional).

We use your information solely to quote, schedule, confirm, and perform your detailing service, to contact you about your appointment, and to keep records of past work. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.

To run the site and process bookings, we share the minimum necessary information with:

• Supabase — our database and secure storage for bookings and private photos.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Resend — sends booking and inquiry emails, when email notifications are enabled.

Deposits are sent directly by you through Cash App or Venmo. Those are your own accounts with those apps — we only receive the payment and the note you include, and we never see your card or bank details. Their handling of your information is governed by Cash App’s and Venmo’s own privacy policies.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and security practices.

Vehicle-condition photos you upload are stored in a private location and are visible only to LKW Details through our secure owner dashboard. They are never shown publicly. We only add a vehicle photo to our public gallery if you give us permission.

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the business and meet recordkeeping needs, then remove them on request or when no longer needed. Access to customer data is restricted to the owner through authenticated, role-limited access, and customer records are protected so one customer can never view another's information.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Text 863-446-2758 or DM @lkwdetails with your request and we'll take care of it.

We may update this policy as the business grows. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
